    Help Needed from Arizona

    Ok, I was stupid. I bought off of e-bay. It would have made a great gift though...

    I am looking for Josh and Tara Spensieri (Kinkaid?)of Arizona. She told e-bay she lived in Fort Mohave, but I've also found Mohave Valley and Tucson as possible places. Her phone number that she gave to e-bay has been disconnected. Googling her hasn't yielded anything to follow.
    She had great communication right up to the point I paid, then nothing.

    So, if anyone lives in this area, can get a phone for her, or knows them, let me know. She collects BJDs and may go to the meets.

    I am offering a reward for help in this matter.

    I'm assuming you bought and paid for something, and have since heard nothing from them nor received the item, yes? Depending on how you paid, you have several options to get your money back. Paypal is pretty harsh on people for things like this, as is ebay usually. If you paid via Money Order, you have some recourse there as well, same with check. If you want, drop me a note and give me some more deets on how you paid and I'll see what I can come up with. (found my way here via Zhon)

    Ouch. I've had service issues with ebay, but never that bad. Have you contacted ebay to see what they say? (I'm east coast, so no use to you!)

    I paid via paypal directly out of my bank acct. I fell for the whole safety and security of paypal.

    I have a dispute/claim with paypal. But since she didn't have 50+ feedback and her acct NOW says unverified, they may not cover any of it. E-bay no longer deals with money disputes...
    I posted on the e-bay help boards, but I'm getting nothing much but harassed there.
